Delivery Policy

• Postage Between Monday to Friday Only
• Order place before 12PM will be posted same day
• Please note if you purchase after 12PM on Friday your item will be posted on Monday
• Normally we offer free Standard delivery within UK. for England, Wales and most of Scotland items weight less than 1kg are sent via Royal Mail and anything above 1kg sent via other courier.
• We are not under any obligation to provide tracking details to national customers as we offer free delivery. We only provide the tracking details if package don’t get delivered in 7 days.
• Delivery time 2-3 working days
• For N. Ireland (BT Postcode) and Channel Islands etc. we use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For and delivery time is 2-3 working days.
• Please also note that UK Mail will send you an estimated delivery time slot to your mobile number or email address provided by you in the order form.
• UK Mail when try to deliver your parcel always try to obtain a signature and if you fail to accept the delivery they will attempt to deliver once again. If UK Mail Drivers have attempted to deliver to you twice and have not been able to obtain a signature for your item it will be returned to the local UK Mail depot. And it will be buyer’s responsibility to collect the item from UK Mail Depo otherwise after a fixed time item will be returned back to the sender. And it will incur further return postage and re-delivery cost will be paid by the buyer or deducted from the refund.
• Normally we offer free delivery nationwide but may ask for additional postage charges for ‘special domestic regions’: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. Please also note that delivery time may vary and can take longer than expected.
